Renovated 12 foot 1975 circa hilite pop-top caravan.

Bought the caravan as a project to renovate for fun but we won't be using it as we have a special needs son who can't be away from home.

Flooring has been redone as well as the bed frame and kitchen. The bed can be lifted up for lots of storage underneath.
Everything in the caravan is new and unused including a double mattress, bedding, single fold out couch, electric heater, fan, portable cooker, 15 amp amphibian caravan lead, spare tyre, a new toastie machine, pot, chopping boards and kettle. Car side mirror extenders are also included as well as mini fridge and new curtains. The awning is also new and very easy to use.

Portable water tank with wheels is also included for sink waste with food grade water pipe to connect water. This has been used once to test the water system. Electrics work well. Freshly painted inside and out. Door lock plays up a bit so you may want to replace it. Rego just renewed. 900kgs.
