DESCRIPTION

Selling my Custom, professionally build, off-road capable camper trailer to buy a small van.
The camper is a very strongly built 8' x 5' trailer with a Tare of only 250kg but an axle-loading capacity of 2240kg. Triton alloy wheels with new tyres that have only travelled 4,500km and a good spare.
Electric braking system.
4 wind-down legs.
I store the van covered as can be seen in one of the photos.
It has an alumininium "cabin" front, roof and rear with vinyl-canvas sides. both doors have zip open insect screens as well as the vinyl flaps. I often sleep with just the screen zipped closed.
Earlier this year, I had the camper in S.A. on quite a few dirt roads an no dust got inside. There is a queen size innerspring mattress with a foam mattress topper. Storage space is under the bed and gear can also be carried on the bed using two tie-down straps. The inside of the van is almost condensation-free even on really cold nights.
Racks on the roof have been set up to carry SUPs or kayaks. I have a board bag on the roof that I use to carry any gear that gets wet overnight, but this could also be used for a surfboard up to 7'6" or body-boards, fishing gear, etc.
There's a bike rack on the front and two 20l. jerry cans on the back for water.
I'm including heaps of camping gear with the trailer, including the enclosed canvas awning that I have never used. (see the photo)
- flys with poles, ropes and pegs, cooking stove with gas bottle, table, two folding chairs, pots & pans, crockery and cuttlery, two pastic boxes that double as steps, ground mats, electrical extension lead, toaster and kettle. (not the sleeping bags and pillows in one of the photos)
There's also an outboard motor mount that can be attached at the front of the camper on the extended drawbar.
This van is perfect for someone younger than we are who wants an easy tow, but super-strong option that can pretty well go anywhere carrying your bikes and paddle-craft and give you a dry, warm and very comfortable sleep.
The best way to contact me is via my mobile 0403 009 638.
I am advertising the van because it IS AVAILABLE for someone to buy.
I live in Mount Eliza.
